October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so one might wonder “Can Cancer Be Cured?”
This year has been tough for me. Early in the year, my sister had a lump in her breast. I was scared myself. You see, I had this nagging pain in my right armpit. Having been sick so many times when I was younger and having spent a lot of times in the hospital, one can only think that this is the most dreadful disease one can have in this day and age.
I remember the time prior to me being diagnosed with hepatitis back in December 1987. My mum saw me turning yellow so she told me to go to the hospital to get my blood checked. I was talking to the nurse while she was preparing my blood sample to be tested what kind of hepatitis I had. She said that hopefully I don’t get hepatitis B because it could be fatal. It was like getting a death sentence. Although I later learned there was only a 1% fatality rate for Hepatitis B.
Getting a death sentence is a scary thing for most people. So, feeling this nagging pain in my right armpit and my sister telling me she has a lump in her breast and the thought that there had been a lot of people in both sides of my family dying of cancer sent shivers down my spine.
So the question “Can cancer be cured?” is quite an important thing to be addressed.
A few months ago, I discovered juicing. As I mentioned in my other posts, my nagging headaches have disappeared (see story here). Well, so did the nagging pain in my right armpit. I notice though that whenever I eat junk food like food with processed foods, refined food or sugary foods or foods with lots of preservatives, the pain sometimes comes back. And so I’ve been trying to eat healthy. My husband and I eat lots of salads and drink lots of fruit and vegetable juices.
We’ve learned juicing from Gerson Therapy. There’s a movie about Gerson Miracle and you can see it below:
Can cancer be cured? I think so! As in anything, one just needs to TAKE ACTION for it to work.
