The thought of juicing never occured to me before how much more juicing for life? However, after being converted to juicing a few months ago, I think that I will be juicing for life from now on.
So what’s with the jucing? Well, I’ve learned from Father of Juicing, Jay Kordich that with juicing, you get all the nutrients concentrated to your body in just a few minutes minus all the hard work for your body.
You see, while eating fruits and vegetables in their natural state provides a substantial amount of vitamins and minerals to our body, much of the goodness really is locked in the fibre which is expelled from our body. So when we juice fruits and vegetables, their goodness is released from the fibre and we are able to drink their highly concentrated nutrients. When we drink the juices, these highly concentrated nutrients enter our bloodstream very quickly and efficiently.
Think about it, will you be able to eat 5 carrots and 5 apples in just a few minutes? Of course not! Even just the thought of it would be very inconvenient. But when you juice them all in a few minutes and drink the juices, you get the concentrated nutrients without the body wasting energy.

The benefits of juicing for me has been great. The greatest of which, I might say, is my headaches (migraine headache – my friend says) are gone and I have more time to enjoy life than lie down with a nagging headache for hours at a time. I don’t have to lose weight but my hubby does and as far as I know, only jucing has worked for him so he is quite a happy juicer.
So that’s why juicing for life is what we intend to do.
